1. i watched a clip on the news the other night about this sass-pot lady from l.a. who has a bigger shopping problem than i do. we're talking jimmy choo's and louboutins lining her staircase.... because she has no more room in her closet. i don't have it that bad, folks. but she QUIT SHOPPING FOR A YEAR. that's madness!
and now.... i can't look away. must follow blog.
and if you dare me at the right minute, you just might convince me to try it out for myself.
2. tonight is opening night of bestie jen's play. i'm running to smart cookie after work to pick up a dozen sugar cookies for her to enjoy in her dressing room...... because apparently, that's what you do when your loved ones are in theater industry.
and for the record, i'm still counting the days until this play is over.
3. can you hear the trumpets? this day should be rang in as a national holiday because............ i packed a lunch and ate at my desk today. left over mexican food, go figure, all bundled and frozen in individual servings for days like this - when my everyday lunch partner has important matters of business to attend to. waaah.
4. bestie jen has been an all-star blogger ever since the blog makeover.
.... celebrating her 300th post.... she's hosting a giveaway.
i think i should win - for encouraging the blog frenzy in the first place, but whatever. everyone would be suspicious. i'm sure i'll pick up my own set of pretty wrapping paper on one of our saturdays.
..... unless i take up the challenge in item no. 1.
bugger. it could be really hard.
5. my new favorite lipstick is called "speak louder".
... as if i needed to be told to do so.
anyone who knows me would tell you that's the last thing i need.
