i have this friend...

she's really my aunt's friend... but she's swedish - a mother of four - strong willed - and HILARIOUS. the woman i could only hope to be someday.

today, we met up for an impromptu family reunion of sorts. swedish friend included... along with her 9 year old daughter. this sweet girl didn't remember meeting me ever before, but after reminding her of the handful of times i've been over to her house, she says:

"oh yeah. i remember now. by the way - nice headband. it makes you look better."
