and we're off.
this is cokeville, folks. all of it. the view from "big hill" - home of the dump. in cokeville, lots of fun happens on this hill. and at the dump. really. the dump.
so, night one. we do the outdoorsy, wyoming-esque thing - tin foil surprises over the open flame - on the ranch... with guns. walked away smelling like smoke. mmm...
but, get this. we get to the ranch. way out there at the end of the earth. fun fact - horses live on the ranch. fun fact - i'm afraid of animals that are bigger than me.
we hop out of the truck. britt's brother starts to unload. within seconds... horses. loads of them. coming our way. britt's brother hops back in the truck... peels a tight u-turn... back to the gate he failed to close. dirt. everywhere. and horses. coming at me. oh, man. what a fright. horses. HORSES!
brittney took us on a walking tour of cokeville. my favorite part - britt said, "there's a new development over there... there's about 4 new homes." cute.
bye cokeville. i will be back.
detoured through bear lake for the oh-so-fab raspberry shake. yum.
