I've always been a great fan of hats ... i own some, but i don't really wear them. I keep them around the house just because they're so pretty. But i still look for them in the shops ... i came across these today and i kept fantasizing about how I'd build a whole outfit around teach one of them. Check out Dina Pisani's eclectic line of hats from Lower East Side of Manhattan at Cha Cha's House of III Repute.
