friend brooke called last night to tell me that i am the proud recipient of concert tickets for the david gray show november 2 {kingsbury hall - an excellent venue} AND the november 6 regina spektor concert at in the venue {blah}.
brooke is an excellent concert going partner... and, might i add, has impeccable taste in music and live entertainment. i can't imagine a better way to begin AND end a week than with these two.
and, in true brooke's-birthday-gift-giving fashion, the regina show will come compliments of my 28th year on earth. woot, woot.
